Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns
and a 100% refund are available for products delivered in a damaged
condition or with a broken seal.
- Products
must be returned within 3 days of delivery to qualify for
a refund.
Defective Products
- Any
defective product requires image verification.
- In
case of defects or damages, contact customer care with pictures of the
product. Our team will guide you through the process.
Video Recording Requirement
- Customers
are required to record a video of the product delivery as
proof to prevent disputes during the return process.
- For
incorrect or substituted products, the recorded video must be provided
promptly.
Refund Process
- Refunds
will be credited to the original payment mode/account used during the
transaction.
Non-Eligible Products for Returns
The following products are not eligible for return or
replacement.
- Products with physical
damage to the box.
- Used products.
- Products not in their
original condition.
- Products missing the
certificate, invoice, original retail box, or accessories.
- Engraved or personalized
items.
- Solitaire items
(non-returnable and non-replaceable).
- Gold and silver items
(eligible only for buyback at the current market value).

How to Process a Return

Select the item to return from your order.

Pack the product securely with its original
materials and certificate.

Collect a return acknowledgment (e.g., a pickup
receipt, tracking number photo, or SMS confirmation).
- Once the product is
received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 2-3
working days, subject to quality checks.
Exchange Policy
- Products
can be exchanged within India.
- The
original product certificate is mandatory for exchanges.
- Exchange
value will be based on the current market value, after deducting making
charges and a ₹500 processing fee.
- If
a discount or free gift was applied, its value will be deducted unless the
free gift is returned.
- Solitaire
loose or solitaire jewellery (non-returnable and non-replaceable).
Credit Note for Exchanges:
- The
adjusted exchange value will be credited to your Gharenu account,
valid for 365 days, and can be used on all items except coins
and solitaires.
- Exchange
credits are non-encashable.
Buyback Policy
- Buyback
value will be transferred via online bank transfer within 10 days of
product receipt.
- Products
altered by anyone other than Gharenu are not eligible for buyback.
- Buyback
or exchange amounts are subject to quality inspection.
Incorrect Products
- If
an incorrect product is delivered, contact us immediately within 3
days.
- We
will refund 100% of the product cost, including return shipping.
Refund Method & Timeline
- Do
not accept products with a broken seal.
- Refunds
for eligible products will be processed within 14 days of
receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds
are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. For
cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s
bank account.
Modification of Terms
- Gharenu
reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Customers
are advised to review the terms periodically. Continued use of our
services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
Resizing & Repairing Policy
- Additional charges apply
for resizing or repairing that requires extra material.
- Gharenu is not
responsible for damage caused to existing jewelry during resizing or
repairs.
- Resized or repaired items
are non-refundable.
- Resizing and repairing do
not include complete remaking of jewelry.
