Return & Refund

You will be eligible for returns and a 100% refund if the product delivered is damaged or the seal is open. With respect to the above-mentioned point, the product should be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Any defective product on delivery will need image verification. In case of a defect or any damage, contact our customer care with pictures of the same. Our executive will help and guide you.

It is mandatory for every customer to record the delivery of the product in the video in order to avoid any dispute while returning the product.

In case of an incorrect or changed product, the customer will have to produce the video recorded within a quick span of time.

Refund will be done in the form of money back to the payment mode/account that was used at the time of the transaction.

Return & Refund The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 3 Day Replacement Guarantee:

A) Any product that shows physical damage to the box or to the product  

B) Any product that is used

C) Any product that is not in its original condition

D) Any product that is returned without the certificate, invoice, original retail box and all other items included with the packaging and accessories of the product at the time of delivery.

E) Return shipping cost to be borne by the consumer. In case of any query, please write to our customer care service at marketing@gharenu.in

F) Any product that is specific Engraved.

G) Any product that is made under personalized orders

H) Solitaire items cannot be returned and replaced

I) Gold and silver items are only eligible for buyback at the current price of the market.

How return can be processed?

1. Select the item in your order that you want to return from (Url)

2. Ready your jewellery in the original packing material along with the certificate.

  1. If the product value is less than (value of the product will be mentioned )  then please hand over the product to the person coming for pickup

  2. If the product value is (value of the product will be mentioned ) or above and a GHARENU employee is picking the product, then please hand over the product to the person coming for pickup

3. Please collect an acknowledgement (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation of pickup)

4. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your Gharenu account in 2-3 working days after a quality check.

Exchange policy

 

We offer an exchange policy on all purchases* made from Gharenu, within India. The product along with the original product certificate can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis on its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 towards processing charges. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your Gharenu account. This remains valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything (except Coins and Solitaires) on our website. The value cannot be encashed.


Buyback policy

If you choose to return the product for buyback, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.

Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Gharenu, shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Exchange and Buy-Back amount of the product.

In case, the product received is the incorrect product

 

In this case, if the issue is initiated immediately within 3 days of receipt of the product, we would refund 100% of the product cost. We urge you to not accept the product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping cost for any incorrect product delivered, along with the complete refund.

Return method & payment

We request our customers not to accept and if seal is broken.

 For all other products, we will refund 100% of the product cost in case the customer has availed of our free shipping facility. If the customer has not availed of the free shipping facility, the actual shipping charge will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded to the customer.

For refund, the procedure will be done as the same mode of payment used during checkout. In the case of cash on delivery mode, the refund will be done by online transfer of funds to the customer’s bank account.

 The refund will happen within 14 days of the receipt and inspection of the goods.

Modification

Without any prior notification to you (Gharenu website) reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this User Agreement at any time. In case you want to address anything regarding the same, it is advisable for you to review it on (Gharenu website) you can also discontinue our services if you do not find the agreement feasible. However, if you continue to use the service, you shall be deemed to have agreed and accepted the modified terms and conditions and abide by the User Agreement.


Resizing and Repairing Policy

 1   If additional material is added at the time of resizing or repairing the product then it will be chargeable.

2·  If an existing piece of jewellery will get damaged while repairing or resizing then we will not be responsible for the damage.

3·  Once your product gets resized or repaired then it will not be refundable.

4·  Resizing and repairing policy does not signify the remaking the jewellery (Please tell you additional policies which has been followed by gharenu)
