Eligibility Criteria

Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices throughout the website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), and payment can only be accepted in mentioned currency. The Prices mentioned comprise GST. The packing costs will be incurred in the total price of the products purchased.

Your order of purchase will constitute your offer that is subjected to the terms and conditions as mentioned. We can undertake the decision to accept or reject your offer in part or in full. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time, in such a scenario that portion of the order which has been dispatched will be deemed to have been accepted by us and the balance would continue to be on offer to us and we reserve the right to accept or reject such balance order.
Shipping Policy
● The orders placed to be delivered within India will be processed in approximately 15 (buy now- 1 week & made to order- 15 days) days and shipped through a domestic logistic company.
● Please place different orders if you wish to ship them to two or more different addresses.
● Once the products are shipped from our location, the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) will be sent to you.
● By order of a Court or authorized administrative agency, we reserve the right to release information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials.
● While purchasing the product through a payment gateway the safety of all your transactions will be ensured by the Company, in accordance with the payment gateway service provider.

1- Can I return jewellery from the physical store of Gharenu?
Yes, definitely you can return the jewellery in our store. We will be happy to welcome you to our Store.
2- What if I received the wrong product?
There is no need to worry if you get the wrong product, you can easily return it by referring to our Return Policy.
3- Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Yes, you can change the address before your order gets dispatched. New shipping charges will be applicable according to the new address.
4- Is it safe to buy online jewellery from Gharenu?
Yes, it is absolutely safe. Gharenu provides you with a hallmark and certified product, Product packaging is tamper-proof, and we will also provide you with the Tracking id.

5- What is the estimated delivery time?
For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We have several products under the Same Day Shipping section (if we have one). These are ready to ship products and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 business days
The rest of our products are 'Made to Order and it takes us 2 to 19 business days to safely deliver these jewellery pieces to you. This includes the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address. Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.
6- How do I make a payment for a gharenu purchase?
Gharenu offers multiple methods to make payment like bank transfer, payment through cheque and Razorpay.
7- How long will it take to get a refund?
The refunded amount will be directly credited to your account after we receive the jewellery.
8-Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?
All sales prices are final and Gharenue does not match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value.
