At Gharenu, we offer an exchange policy for all purchases made within India. However, Solitaire and Solitaire items are not eligible for exchange. Here’s how the exchange process works for eligible items:
Eligibility for Exchange:
Exchanges or buy-backs will be based on the product's current market value, subject to deductions for making charges and a processing fee of ₹500.
The product must be returned along with the original product certificate.
Discounts and Free Gifts:
If you received a discount or free gift with your purchase, the original discount amount or the value of the free gift will be deducted from the exchange value. Alternatively, you can return the free gift along with the product.
Credit to Gharenu Account:
After applicable deductions, the remaining exchange value will be credited to your Gharenu account.
This credit is valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase any product on our website, excluding Coins and Solitaire items.
Non-Encashable Credit:
The exchange value credited to your account cannot be converted into cash.
